The Performance Budget section of the Operating Budget illustrates the distribution of the budget appropriations along the
major organization units of the Village Departments and their sub-units or divisions.
Departments work collectively to accomplish organizational goals set by Village Board at goal setting session, this is
illustrated by the departmental objectives aimed at the accomplishment of the over all goal. Within each Department goals
and objectives the Village's overall goal is referenced.
