Roger Peckham has been the mayor of Sauk Village for seven years. Currently Mayor Peckham is serving on the Board of Directors
of the Abraham Lincoln National Airport (South Suburban Airport Commission) which is to be located in Peotone. Mayor Peckham
has served as President on the Executive Board of the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association. Previously Mayor Peckham
held the Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer positions of that organization. During the past six years, he has served
in the capacity of Treasurer on the Chicago Southland Development, Inc. Board of Directors. Prior to his terms as Mayor,
he held the positions of Village Trustee, Village Treasurer, Treasurer of the United Church of Christ in Sauk Village and
President and Board Member of Community Consolidated School District #168. Presently, he is employed by the Indiana Department
of Revenue. He received a bachelors degree in accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and has a C.P.A.
