Due to the widespread use of oversized cans (larger than 32 gallons) several problems have repeatedly occurred while trying to efficiently service the community.  The Toter Program solves these problems by offering the customer a large capacity container while providing Skyline a manageable way of picking it up.  The Toter Program also provides the resident a clean and neat process of disposing their household garbage.
