Village Staff administers planning and zoning goals, policies, and regulations. This includes the following documents:

• Zoning Ordinance
• Zoning Map
• Priority Sites
• Comprehensive Plan

Staff review applications and schedules planning and zoning commission review for new construction, building alterations and additions; zoning variances; special use, limited use, and temporary use permits; zoning map and text amendments; and planned developments.
