Major Projects in Sauk Village

PROJECT #1 – LOGISTICENTER @ SAUK VILLAGE

This project is a long-term development site located at the Sauk Trail/IL 394 intersection.  Apart from excellent transportation access, it is supported by a tax increment financing district, completed infrastructure investments, and flexible zoning for new tenants. Historically this site has benefited from high quality tenants like Behr Paint (see Section on commercial district) and is still poised for more development going forward.

PROJECT #3  – MULTI-TENANT FUELING STATION

Gas N Wash is a multi-state truck fueling operator specializing in service to long-haul truck driving operators.  Besides gasoline and diesel, the project features complementary services including a car wash, convenience store, “beer cave,” modern taqueria, fast casual Italian cafe, and Dunkin Donuts.  The site was developed approximately 4 years ago on a 1.4 million square foot lot and utilized a Class 8 incentive.
